We recently purchased a CPO Q7. Jacob provided us with exceptional service and went out of his way to ensure my husband and I were able to purchase the exact Q7 we had been looking for. He was very patient with us, as we waited a year before actually coming back in to purchase a vehicle. I have never experienced such exceptional service.
