I recently worked with a real estate firm in the Bay Area and found their service to be somewhat average. The website was easy to navigate and offered some useful resources, but I felt that the communication could have been better. While the agents were knowledgeable, I would have appreciated more proactive updates and a smoother overall process. The listings provided were decent, but I think there is room for improvement in terms of finding more personalized options based on client needs. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I believe there are areas where the firm could enhance their services to better meet the needs of their clients.
