I have dealt with Marks Electrical many times without issue. However the mark of a good retailer is how they act when something goes wrong and that service has been terrible.
I purchased a dishwasher eleven weeks ago and it stopped working. Marks Electricals wanted nothing to do with it and insisted I went through Hoover. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 makes this the responsibility of the retailer as the item is almost brand new and that is where the trouble began. These people just will not conform with the law, ignore what you say and choose their own course of action despite requests to the contrary. I have been without my dishwasher now for two weeks and nothing is being done. I will never use this company again and I would advise anyone else to avoid them too. I have reported them to Trading Standards and I will continue down the legal route until I am refunded.
