Beware the terms and conditions. Don't fall foul of them. Bought a fridge, plugged it in. Discovered a dent in it. Reported it. Now stuck with the fridge and offered nothing but a 10% discount because I plugged it in coupled with a tough luck there is nothing else we can do because that's what our terms and conditions say. If this is how they treat customers I certainly won't be buying from them again.
