Lousy queuing experience! Queues for queues to queue. I'm sure it could be improved with bar codes or QR codes on the ticket, and being able to complete the annual pass bits approach. Annual pass approach rather a joke since it involves yet another queue when having pre purchased. Quicker for friends to purchase on the day than pre-pay and get an annual pass. Haven't even got to the garden yet...
