Due to my Husband s career in Horticulture we really enjoy visiting different gardens.
We really enjoyed our day, although think the price of tickets is a little too much. Great if you live close by as you can visit as many times as you want with your ticket for the year, but not so great when it s a 7 hour drive away. We booked our ticket s online (saving 10%) and arrived early to avoid any cues. We got straight in and began our day.
Deciding to do the Mediterranean and Rainforest Biomes before the crowds began was a great idea. As we were finishing in them many people were entering, getting very busy and loud.
We really enjoyed seeing Earth Story learning about climate change and biodiversity loss, but it was disappointing with the amount of children running around through the demonstrations making loads of noise. (Needed a staff member there to remind ignorant parents to get their children to behave)
