I ordered a scarf on 29th November and still haven...

I ordered a scarf on 29th November and still haven t received it 21st December. I have been given many excuses but nothing concrete. No one at Libertys seems to care and I am just handed from shop to delivery company and back again. Very disappointed with what I always thought of as a reputable store. Never again!
