Stop! I want to make you aware before you fill out your FASFA's for financial aid. UMA will make you go back 2 years for information from the IRS to complete your FASFA. If you made too much money at that time you will not be eligible for the Pell Grant. I tried to enroll to get my Associates in Billing and Coding. I thought doing this would give me more opportunities in finding work. I'm currently unemployed at the moment. But 2 years ago my IRS information stated that I was making too much money. Why are they going back 2 years for financial information???? This does not make sense! Anyhow, when I tried to withdrawal, I had to send endless emails, call many different departments, only to find out that packages that they kept sending me that I would be financially responsible for. I was then instructed to return the packages back to them. There was no return labels inside the packages, therefore I had to return them on my dime! What a racket!?!
