First Europe trip with them. It was simply amazing. Made a lot of friends, some for life. Living arrangements were more or less good. Used it to just just sleep at night and I probably would have done similar hostels myself so can't complain. Overall a very satisfying tour. Why not five stars then? Well saumya(works in the said company) is the reason for that. I'm not sure things would have gone as smoothly as they did , if not for her. It could have easily been 3 stars too. Recommended if you Wana skip the micro planning and just chill.
