As the other people have said, the place needs maintenance and some TLC.
As for the food it is poor at the best. I am a Ceoliac and cannot eat gluten as i makes me very ill, so when we booked this hotel i emailed them and asked if the do a gluten free option, they mailed saying that they do gluten free. What they didn't tell me is that i would have to pick through the menu to find something that i could eat, normally rice. Breakfast buffet was the same there was only two things i could eat, when i complained the person on the desk was not interested.
