I use to work for telenet and that I thought it was a decent place to work, boy you have to be kidding me it's a complete joke. It's based on production and attendance. The attendance part is understandable but when you are calling small to large business and they will not speak to you due to the number being blocked or they do not want to buy anything it goes towards you. From the start the line "You do not sell anything" is a lie basically you do sell items. When Irma hit there was kids out of school and no power she to a tree falling on the power line they expected employees to still show up to work. 99% of the people that is employed there has kids ( schools were closed) and still expected to come to work. Another thing is "we will work with you " is another lie. Yes I'm laying it out there on the line for the public eye to see. Two former employees got in trouble for taking a employee to the hospital because of health issues. Well that boiled down to they did not want a ambulance there to cause a scene. Another example new hire had seizures and she got fired. Come on now you have to be kidding me. From lost prevention to HR employee became " HEAD HONCHO" and has no idea how to run a place. How can you be lost prevention to HR to the call center head coordinator? My point is if your desperate please go ahead. They do not like to be stood up to and do not like people standing their grounds. I got wrote up for attendance being out sick with my child and legal matters even with PTO. When I was out recovering from a bad car wreck I was told I needed to come back or I would lose my job. I do not plan on going back to that job what so ever. They also have their picks and favorites as well.
