K, I posted a review as Joe B. This is the ongoing sage of my Pixel phone. I am calling the tech support since the supervisor did not return my call. Let's see what happens.

The supervisor did call back, while I was on the phone with the tech. However, I called on the hangouts number and she called me on the hangouts number. After her third call, I realized that I could not be on the hangouts number on two phones. Unfortunately our ships passed in the night.

HOWEVER, I FIGURED IT OUT. I've done this before. I found the answer. all by myself. That was painful.

All techs should know how to do everything with the pixel. Not just one thing, but everything, and especially they should give support for everything that goes with the pixel, and ESPECIALLY GMAIL.

At the moment your tech support is a joke.

If I had taken the time to figure it out myself, I would have had relatively no problems. Since it is a new and expensive phone, I relied on Google, and you just continually came up short.

I believe I figured it out, and entered the email properly. We will see.
