I am a 72 year old office manager in a very high tech church office. My IT knowledge is scant at best. I rely heavily on our Ricoh office machine to perform a wide variety of printing responsibilities. The Ricoh tech support team are my lifeline for many tasks that I need simple guidance and clarity. Their patience and respect for working with me has been immeasurable. They respond quickly, professionally and always stay with me to make sure everthing I need is completed. Kudos to Doug Wachal for his assistance today. He walked me through step by step until the issue was resolved.....waiting for me to do a successful run through!
