The hotel itself is very nice and the rooms are comfortable. My problem is that I stayed there twice using Priceline and I was also charged by the hotel... not just once but twice in a 2 month span. It's bad enough to get double charged but to talk to a manager and not have them bend over backwards to rectify the situation is just BAD customer service. I called Melody (the manager in question) last Saturday and she had issues that my first reservation was used by a credit card that had since been stolen and I needed to get proof that the card was stolen. Really??? I called her back the next Tuesday and she did not return my call. The front desk clerk I originally discussed the problem with before being transferred to Melody was amazingly helpful...Melody? Not so much. I have since contacted my Priceline credit card dispute team and they are dealing with the situation. Avoid this Fairfield and its poor customer service.
