The thing that stands out most in my mind is the stuff - every member of the staff I encountered during my stay was always friendly and helpful. I received several recommendations from several different staff members about places to visit or eat, and they were all worth it. There were a couple of small issues with the room (no coffee maker was the biggest thing), but these were easy to overlook given the rest of the experience. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I'm ever in Memphis!
