Cant pay employees what they owe and never pit in ...

Cant pay employees what they owe and never pit in raises. Made me wait 4 weeks for retro pay which still wasn't right and gave me 2 separate checks which meant I had to pay double taxes. My Bill's cant wait!!!!!
