Excellent experience, first time booking with Crystal, will use them again, but only due to my handler, Suzane, she was amazing. Thought we were going to have to cancel but Suzane pulled it off for us. She went all out and searched alternative flights for us and made it happen. I cannot thank her enough, she was very patient with me and explained what I didn't understand. Thank you Suzane, when I come back to Crystal Travel I will ask for you by name!
