Had gone for an oil change when I first got my car, having a great conversation with Larry. A few months later, and a couple oil changes done at other locations, I finally ended back at Northtown. I was greeted by Larry and asked about my current job we discussed last time! It is a no brainer going to Northtown - they actually care about the people. Have been a customer ever since.
