This place is a dump. DO NOT go there or send loved ones. This picture is very deceiving. Horrible meals, FILTY, lack of staff, untrained staff, no therapy what so ever. They don't even have a wheel chair or a walker to assist patients . You don't want to be dead in this place, let alone needing therapy. -0 star. NO CARE
Shame on the hospitals that associate with this dump. They need to be visited with an unannounced county health inspector.
