service is so so. doesn't feel like a 4 star hotel. breakfast buffet was ok...until one day one waitress sent us the bill in the middle of our breakfast. limited 3 choice of omelette for the buffet. didn't take 25% off the bill as we provided hotel coupon. contacted hotel...but just said sorry. nothing else to make up the mistakes.
said SF keepsake in hotel brochure ... special SF treat at departure...nothing..
was my hubby birthday during the stay...no even a greeting card from hotel. We stayed before in Shangri la hotel...hotel sent him birthday card and cake...very nice feelings in Shanghri la.

just felt made a mistake to choose Grant Hyatt this time. Although the location is very convenient.
