I have been trying for a month to get technical support. According to forums, the trouble I'm having is a common issue that they've fixed for other people. However, tech support has to fix it, you cannot fix it yourself.

I have submitted a case through the app, and posted on the forum, and in a month I have received no reply.

I have called their customer care and was told that they do not do tech support, but that they would pass along my case number and make sure tech support gets it, and that I would get a response within 24 hours.

Two weeks later I called again and was told the same thing again. When I told them I've been down that road before and asked for better help I was denied. They also denied letting me speak to a supervisor. They refused to let me speak with anyone. When they finally put me on hold to "get someone who could help" they left me on hold for 10 min then hung up on me.

This is some of the worst support I have seen with any company.
