This union is really not professional like a lot of trustees elsewhere. They know how to take money, but they are not of much use to us. Lack of responsiveness, it's been about 1 month since I asked a question by email and I have no feedback. We also have a lot of concerns in the residence and Dauchez does not respond, unreachable, does not give any feedback. We are forced to have to change as soon as possible the property manager, as we have already done with the old cleaning company. Frankly, I don't understand people who don't do their job. This is really unacceptable, we have been living in this brand new residence for a year and a half, but we still have reservations that have not been made and dauchez does nothing. Well done.
