I purchased a Sony 4K HDTV from a competitor (Suess never crossed my mind at the time) on Tuesday, with my data guy to hang the TV on Thursday. Unfortunately, my data guy had a death in the family Thursday morning. I spoke with Adam in the service dept. at Suess. He was professional and over the top with his time and efforts - thanks Adam! I appreciated his honesty and forthrightness. Genuine customer service!!
