Went here to have my sensor looked at. I specifically asked how much is the inspection. The guy said it might be free if I'm covered with warranty. Turned out I'm not covered under warranty. They quoted me for over $2,000. I declined. They said now I have to pay $170 for an hour of inspection. Well. You didn't tell me about this cost upfront. I asked about the cost, you never mentioned about an inspection cost. If I knew that I would never signed up to do this because the issue I wanted to be fixed was SO MINOR. I think this is a rip-off. I'm paying $170 for NOTHING. This is probably the worst service I've ever experienced. I love Subaru and the brand, but this is enough.

UPDATE: I picked up my car today and apparently they took the rear bumper out to inspect. And they did not put it back properly! Now my bumper is uneven. This is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. Now I have to book another appointment to get it fixed. What a waste of time. Things like this shouldn t have happened if this dealer does its job properly. I WANT A REFUND FOR THIS TERRIBLE SERVICE THAT IS COSTING ME TIME AND MONEY.
