I have had a lot of bad experiences with mortgage companies. Many over promise and under deliver, miss closing dates, make you jump through hoops to get them last minute documents/information and are outright difficult to get straight answers from. I've found that once you are too deep in to turn back they stop returning calls, text or emails especially in the final hours. My experience with Jeremey Schachter and his team at Pinnacle Capital Mortgage was the exact opposite. They were all fantasic! I'd send an email and before I could move to my next task there was a response, even after hours and on weekends. The loan was processed so quickly and sat there waiting for the closing. Truly first class customer service. There are a lot of things to worry about when buying a home. If you don't want your mortgage to be one of them give them a try. I couldn't be more pleased.
