They were honest and upfront w pricing and mileage. Its not easy to shop for a vehicle in pr since most dealers are not upfront.

They take a long time for the paperwork, which is common in pr as i understand.

They are a bit on the high side price wise but they will work a fair deal if you negotiate based on published book value prices.

I was charged some fees and dont feel they were valid for the type of purchase i made but in all honesty its puerto rico which means the consumer protections we take for granted in the us states are lacking a bit in pr. Maybe $1000 total in fees that were not completely justified. You may want to work those fees down if possible.

All in all a decent dealer to buy a cpo vehicle from in puerto rico.
