I have stayed here in the past and I found it much more fun than I did this time around. Staff were rude to me and my brother on multiple occasions. We were hanging out in the adult pool (18+) and we are both 18+, no one else was in the pool and there were barely any people sitting around it. Nonetheless, staff still decided to question if we were 18 or not, which is uncomfortable. Was it too much that two 18+ aged people were hanging out in a pool that otherwise wouldn t be used by anyone? Another worker questioned if we were guests of the hotel. Seems that workers don t respect you unless you look older because I was treated with a lot of disrespect that made me uncomfortable on this trip by the staff here.
