This facility is completely unorganized and some of the volunteers don't understand how to keep organization. I went there today with my 3 year old to see a kitten for a possible adoption. We waited for over an hour for all the volunteers to not know whether or not he was available and then which other kittens where available to be views. You have to sign up to see a kitten and they don't limited the time with each one... And you can't sign up to see other ones. So you can literally be there for hours on end. When I brought this to their attention they basically told me to go kick dirt. How horrible is this? They aren't doing right by their pets.. And they aren't doing right by the public.
