STAY AWAY FROM DICK POE!!! Very bad experience from salesman and manager in general. Went to check a Tacoma TRD 4x4 Off Road everything seemed to be fine until we had to run some numbers, the trade in value they offered for my current vehicle was abysmal so I was losing a lot already, of course this wasn't working for me so I just told the salesman. He got mad and shouted at me because I didn't want to take his super $500 dlls "deal". This will be the last time I stop at this dealer, no one will yell at me for not making a deal where I will lose more than $8K. Besides he told me there are no discounts or specials for Tacomas ever, really? Liar! I just checked Vescovo Toyota in Las Cruces and they offer some discounts for the same truck I was looking, I will make my business there instead your loss my gain. Please stay away from this dealer unless you want rude people try to rip you off then yell at you if you don't take their "deals". Dick Poe Toyota please learn from El Paso Honda, they are truly helpful and friendly
