Sales: Ahmed - best car salesman in my experience!! (I visit dealers quite often), very professional and approachable. Therefore I will quite possibly buy another car from him in the future. (Maybe c 63 AMG ^^)

Negotiated with many dealerships online via emails and ended up picking this dealership even though they are very far from my home because they were very honest and quick in getting you the numbers you need for you to make the best car buying decision. I am actually surprised because while other dealerships gave vague and slow answers (aka *playing games*), Ahmed was able to get everything I needed quickly and accurately. That level of disclosure is somewhat unheard-of from a car dealership.

Came in with my wife to test drive the car and eventhough I drove and brake a bit hard, Ahmed did not interrupt me from my driving experience in the car. Next step is to get approved for the car, Ahmed helped us through the entire process and made us felt comfortable in his office. However, we did not get fully approved on the same day so we had to comeback another day because it was very late and some of the managers in approval left for the day.

Overall, a very pleasant experience from this Mercedes-Benz dealership as we'd expect from luxury brand companies. I would actually recommend this dealership and also Ahmed to my family and friends if they are looking for a Mercedes-Benz. :)

PS: ohh! Don't forget to visit signal hill near the dealership!!! Best city/night view.
