I have a good friend stay here for two months now....

I have a good friend stay here for two months now. Every single time I go see her, I noticed the same scenario.
One nurse sitting in the common area playing on their phone while 8-10 patients are sitting there without being asked if they're ok, or need anything.
Every single week I go visit my friend, she tells me how they keep her in the play room all day long and when she asks to be brought to her room to rest/nap, she's told told hold on and never bring her to her room before 8pm.
The couple of interactions I had with the staff is the same, they're rude and won't offer to help, for example, I asked the nurse in the common area if my friend had enough of something I brought her, she said "I dont know, I'm not the regular here", I said "who can I ask?", she said "the nurse" as she look at me like I'm supposed to know who the nurse is and where I can find her... so I said "ok, can you please tell me who this nurse is?" ... she said nothing and simply pointed to a desk outside the common area.
DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE... THEY SHOW NO SYMPATHY AND SEEM TO BE VERY UNDERSTAFF.
