We have just had a kitchen ext and purchased our appliances from Marks Electrical. We received the goods and once we unwrapped the items, the fridge freeze was marked and scratched and the wine cooler was scratched on the temp controls. The temp controls wasn't working either. We called their customer service centre, they told us we have to approach the manufacture directly and they would have to come out to see if the fix the item. They are not flexible as regards to times for engineers coming out as you would people work.

We thought it would be a simple collect and replacement. How wrong we was, they are so rude and not customer focuses at all. My partner called them and they put the phone down 3 times when she called. They are happy to take your money but when it comes to service that shows me their true colours. We paid a lot of money for our items and don't expected items to be scratched and should be working correctly. I would not recommend them and warn all future customers to stay away from them!!!!!!!
