Outpatient: wait reasonably good arrangement, good...

Outpatient: wait reasonably good arrangement, good reception, doctors in training very good knowledge and team work, professional and friendly listening ear.
Hospital: admission desk could be better with regard to friendliness, nurses friendly and knowledge. Rooms: ok it also not a hotel with room service.
Minus point when recording in a V.E. no explanation about bathroom / shower places and where the water filter system is located.
Emergency: not who is first, first served. Obviously the service looks at the degree of necessity after the pre-investigation of the emergency physician. Life threatening incoming have logical priority.
