I can not say enough about the Emergency Staff and the staff on hand as a whole. My grandmother was transported there from nursing home unresponsive via ambulance. By the time I parked and walked into her room, it was fully staffed with dr on call and a room full of nurses. It took them less than 5 mins to get all her info and send her off for her MRI, xrays, etc. Within 15 mins the dr came back and gave us the news that she would not be coming home with us that she may only live a couple more days. She was very honest and compassionate about my grandmother and the whole situation that was taking place. We as a family could not have asked for a better dr and nursing staff on hand. They moved her to a non emergency room and accommodated for 6 people to stay the night with her incase she passed. The hospitality here was unreal like non of us have seen at any other hospital. The preachers also came multiple times to check on my grandmother and our family. She passed the next day peacefully at Methodist. Again, thank you Methodist Hospital and your whole staff that cared for my grandmother while she was there.
