Feels like we being taken for expensive ride. Had a new boiler and hot water heater installed by them just over a year ago (not cheapest option, cost $14K but they recommended and installed). Since then, system has been off 3 times (no heat as I write this). They keep coming back to say it was a control panel (they dont cover $900), then blown fuse, they replaced fuse but that then friend thereplaced control panel (so now $1600K for another new panel and wiring fix)...and they still not sure it will work. They should stand behind their work, especially installing new stuff that is expensive. Making me choose between freezing with family during winter or keep paying you to service a new system you installed feels like a trapped unfair situation.
