Great hotel with great service. As a mother of a five-year-old boy I especially appreciated rixy club and all the services, facilities and classed it offered even off season.
We stayed for 2 weeks and loved being there. The amazing variety and quality of food was increadible and thank goodness the grounds are that extensive and you easily get to walk miles daily thus it's easy to walk off all the delicious food.
My only not so positive experience were some servers who were not as attentive as one might expect in a five-star hotel but after a couple of days we found an excelent server Mustafa Avsar who is an examplerary employee in my humble opinion and many of the other servers could learn from him. Thank you Mustafa.
The one mising star in room valuation is for beds being too soft. The TV in the missor is a really cool touch as well as electronic do not disturbe/room cleaning , so much more convinient than hanging a piece of paper on the door handle. Well done, Rixos.
Indoor pool is large enough and with all the sunshine we had the heated outdoor pool by the beach was just perfect.
Really loking forward to our next stay.
