AMAZING SERVICE! Huge thank you to the service dept. at Lexus Mishawaka and especially Tony (Assistant Service Manger) because they saved the day for us after we had a mechanical issue on I-80. We called from the highway and Tony got us in right way. He gave us a loaner car while they serviced our truck so we could pick up our sons at Culver for their long weekend break. We made it back to the dealer with our boys, got our SUV back just before dark and made it back to Canada just ahead of the huge winter storm that was coming through.
