This is one of the high energy high motivation oriented Gym in Bangalore.

I personally have been a member of myriad of gyms in the past both high, local and private but Silhouette is on another level.

I am personally training here, amazing trainers and amazing company of quality determined folks who train here.

Getting shredded day in and day out.

Best part is during the time you train you never run out of equipments, I have seen and marvelled during peak time at least 45 folks in the house were training without idling for an equipment. That's the beauty of this gym.
