Having spent some time researching for a new car and deciding on a Jaguar XE, I went to a couple of dealerships throughout Surrey and London receiving a mixed service.

As soon as I walked into the Jaguar West London I was impressed by the amount of care and attention given to the show room. There was plenty of space between each car, it was extremely clean and well thought out. The service by front of house was excellent offering drinks and pastries whilst I waited to be seen by Matthew Gurney. Matthew spent an amount of time covering all basis, listening to my requirements which enabled me to narrow down the car I wanted.

During my test drive, I was given ample time to take the car on a number of different roads enabling me to see how it handles and was impressed by the knowledge of the gentleman that took me out.

After looking at all options an approved used car was the best option for me. Again Matthew went through all the financial details in great detail so I knew exactly what options were available.

On collecting the car earlier, I met with Matthew and a colleague who again went through all the financial information making sure that I was happy and again covering all basis. At no time did i feel hurried into making a decision.

The car was in excellent condition as expected and again plenty of time was given to me to run through the car and how to set it up to my liking.

I am extremely happy with the service I have received and would happilyrecommend West London Jaguar to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car from them.
