First I want to say that if I could not leave any stars, it would be appropriate. I considered moving into these apartments recently moving from the north. The apartment photos are exceptional on line and seemed to be the ideal place to be. I recently stayed for a few days with a friend so I can get a feel for the place, thank god I did. (Nothing personal to my buddy) but the apartments nasty. I couldn't sleep with all the roaches crawling all over the place (huge & gross) let alone cook. I had to watch how much water I ran because of of leaky pipes which I was told was brought to management's attention for 3 months. And I didn't feel safe being outside longer than a few minutes by myself.
Moral of the story, I won't be moving there and suggested to my friend to get out as quick as possible.
