We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. The hotel staff went all out to look after our welfare and were polite and professional. It didn't start off well though as when we checked into our rooms, there were problems after problems. Firstly, the key card didn't work and I was locked out. Then the electrics were out but was lucky to catch an electrician passing by. We then tried to use the safe but that wasn't working either. By now, we were really frustrated, not to mention, tired from our travels as well as the inconveniences caused by the failings of the room.
Requested to speak to Guest relation manager. She (Nadaya) was very understanding and went all out to help resolve our problems. Thanks to her, we were moved to other rooms (upgraded to pool access rooms) and she made sure that we were well looked after. Simple actions from her department like providing complimentary fruits and a personally written apology on a card show that no matter how bad an initial experience be, these can be easily recompensed by sincere and humble actions from staff. We would like to express our gratitude to the staff and especially Nadaya, for their actions which turned a potentially nightmare holiday into one that we thoroughly were able to enjoy. Thanks for all the efforts from your wonderful staff. Well done and carry on the good work.
