The coaches on my son's team are hardly ever there...

The coaches on my son's team are hardly ever there, the both have there 2 times during game this whole fall season, my husband has stepped in since game 2 the help coach. They don't communicate well at all. For an example, there was a list of who is to bring snacks every week, myself being a parent never seen that list and the coach lost it. If your going to coach a soccer team then you committed yourself to be there for the kids not "prior commitments". This is suppose to be teaching our kids about good sportsmanship and the coaches aren't doing a very good at it if they can't even be there. Highly disappointed!
