My experience with MJ, Vadim, and Mr. Morales was excellent and deserve five stars. The amount of time it took to go through the "process" could be improved. However, I was offended while using the restroom when two salesmen came in and joked about how they were going to "shake down" a female purchaser for more money! I can't make this up.
But the gotcha moment for my wife and I came, when we were leaving, an insurance salesman told us that we could not leave until we had insurance, despite the fact that we told him that we had insurance and then he went so far as to tell us it was illegal for us to drive without insurance. But when we showed this clown our current State Farm insurance card he still was not going to put our tag on our new car!! Good Grief!!!
I've heard of scams before but as a retired law enforcement officer for 35 years, I know what the law says and what they tried to do was shameful.
