Jose is the worse salesman. He will tell you anything you want to hear to get you to buy a car. why you might ask. Well, I called the dealership Friday night to see if they had a 2018 Omaha Orange trail-hawk in stock that I found on their website. Jose told me that the Jeep was on the lot still. I had plans all day Saturday and was unable to come till Sunday. So Jose called me Saturday to make sure I was still coming down Sunday. I again asked if the Jeep was still on the lot because I would be driving from the high desert. I told him yes I would be three. Come Sunday, a man named Zach called me asking if I was still coming down, I said yes. And again asked if the Jeep was still on the lot.
My husband and I drove from the high desert to this dealership where I asked for either Zach or Jose. Jose was busy with a customer so Zach introduced himself to us then said he would find a sales person to help us. The salesman he found was very nice but I started to get the feeling the Jeep was not on the lot. After driving to the overstock yard and not fiding it, the salesman said he would be right back that he needed to go ask Jose where the Jeep was. At this point Jose walked out to check mileage on the customers car and the salesman asked him where the Jeep was. Jose point to my Jeep and said that s the trailhawk. I then said no, that is my Jeep!!! Jose never once came over and introduced himself to me and my husband. Never once said I will be right with you. Furthermore, a third salesman came out to help me only to go ask the manager where the trailhawk was. The manager told him the Jeep had just sold!!

So my warning to potential car buyers....DO NOT TRUST or WORK with Jose! He lied about the Jeep being on the lot. I don t believe it was sold, I believe they kept the Jeep on their website to give off the impression that they have the Jeep only to get a buyer to their lot and once at the lot they use the excuse that the car was sold. Then try to talk you into buying a different car! Shame on this dealership.
