I consider myself handy and a DIY'er but foundation issues are a bit out of my league. I rarely post reviews and like many new homeowners, I am skeptical about free "estimates". However, after some gentle nagging from my wife and putting it off time and time again I called Two Brothers Foundation Repair to inspect my home in west Houston. I was concerned with some possible foundation problems. There were some signs of an issue inside the house on a wall and some cracks on my back patio (concrete) as well as the front walkway so I wanted to make sure nothing major was wrong. They put me at ease. They explained that there was "normal settlement" occurring and that putting in piers or doing major work was not necessary at this time. Thank you for your honesty and professionalism. I also recommended them to my parents in Bellaire TX because I noticed some of the same issues at their house. Better safe than sorry.
