Sent an email to update my bank details 3 weeks ag...

Sent an email to update my bank details 3 weeks ago. Had no response since then. Need to pay an installment, tried to load banking details manualy and it wont accept the account number. NO SERVICE AT ALL!! NO ONE RESPONDS TO EMAILS!!!!
