It's a small shop but packed with great service. We had a hardware problem and they were happy to spend a fair bit of time working on finding the cause and then recommending replacement parts - all free. Decided to take them up on an offer for additional service because they were just so nice and affordable.

I was a computer professional myself at one point, so there's not a lot I need typically, but I'd definitely use them again for additional services.
