Enterprise really helped me out here. I'd like to shout out the GM but I didn't get his card. This location secured me a luxury car, and I had a specific model in mind. I called a week before and then two days before and was met with the usual 'we don't know what will be in stock' (makes sense) but I continued to plead my case. The manager/gm assisted me while I was on site to pick up and gave me a multitude of options, ending with me getting a perfect car for our trip. He drove me himself over to pick it up and go over the details. I will definitely continue to use Enterprise.
