"""""Worst Nightmare """"" , this is the worst insurance ever, be careful if you try to buy it, they took a month after I did a claim from a person that hit me in my own house driveway, and they end not paying the claim because I'm not in this persons policy, we live together as roommates , he own his own cars and own insurance , and I own my own cars and insurance , and by accident he hit my car by going in reverse on the driveway, we submitted a claim from a body shop and the estimate was $ 3000.00 dollars, and DIRECT AUTO said after a whole month of waiting for a response , NO SIR WE ARE NOT PAYING YOUR CLAIM , because you are not included on your roommate insurance policy, I feel this is a rip off insurance company, please do not get insured wit this RIP OFF INSURANCE
