I wanted to take the time to write a note thanking you and Heritage for your superior performance as a property management company for The Accolades. I've been a resident here for almost 10 years and have seen many management companies come and go. You have by far, been the best. I really appreciate your willingness to assist and offer ideals for solutions to problems. Also that you are reachable, respond in a very timely manner and on top of that, are professional and very courteous. You are an amazing team member.
